Navio.jpgXavier Salomon, executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, has appointed Richard Gras as his chef de cuisine at Navio restaurant, which opened at the Ritz in January of 2001. Gras was formerly at the Ritz's Salt Restaurant on Amelia Island. His new menu will be in place in July. [EaterWire]
