Yesterday Jeremy Fox beamed a few more lights on the Plum project for NRN: he'll be making his own charcuterie; and animal ears and skin will show up more than "loins and other muscle meat" on the menu. But perhaps most interesting of all is news that Fox will be involved with Bracina when it opens early next year along with other unborn Patterson ventures. [NRN]
