Yesterday, ISSF's Jon Bonné came out with the cocktail menu and all sorts of news leakage on Thad Vogler's forthcoming Bar Agricole. Quick refresh: the team includes Mark Ellenbogen (Slanted Door, Aziza), Eric Johnson (Bourbon & Branch, Beretta) and edibles will be imagined by Magnolia Pub chef Brandon Jew. Other bits: a service bar will ease drink wait time for the 100+ seat operation, and they are gunning for an Aug. 15 opening. Hop through to peep the "back to basics" cocktail menu as time permits.
