Mission Loc@l broke the good word that The Crepe House officially opened its third location yesterday: continuing and expanding upon its long-standing San Francisco reign started in 1996 with the first outpost in Nob Hill. (The second Hayes Valley location came about eight years later.) Besides informing us that he's rightly worn out after this opening, owner Bashar Haddadin says the new location will have almost the same menu -- complete with his best-selling chicken pesto and sweet banana nutella crepes, Mexican omelets and warm chicken salads -- but he's added a few pasta dishes to the mix.

And do take note Haddadin is learning his catch phrases: "This ambiance will be different, with recycled, reclaimed wood inside. We're using more organic products than we were before." Hours here are 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Big hi-five to Geralyn Y. for coming out with the first Yelp review. We're glad your mom liked the ruben. [Mission Loc@l, EaterWire, Yelp]
