New SoMa American restaurant with raw bar, Spire, which Waterbar alum Laird Boles opened for lunch earlier this month, was just granted a covetable liquor license. So they'll officially start serving dinner on Thursday. We've got the menu here -- complete with poached diver scallops and smoked hog jowls -- for your afternoon perusal.
