Red%20Velvet%20Fried%20Chicken.pngAccording to Urban Daddy, the American Cupcake restaurant on Union Street which opened in May will be serving something called Red Velvet Fried Chicken, a bird soaked in red velvet cake batter, then coated in toasted red velvet cupcake crumbles, then fried. It comes with cream cheese garlic mashed potatoes, a play on cream cheese icing; and we'd be lying if we said we didn't want to try this beast.
