Apparentely there's some buzz out there surrounding Superior Palace and it has finally reached the Untermagnificient, who reviews the 30-year-old Outer Richmond Cantonese restaurant today. She identifies the star dish of chives tossed with Chinese bacon ($8.95); then there's this: "The chef, straight from Guangzhou, really knows how to draw out and balance flavors without resorting to the salt default, a skill characteristic of the best Cantonese cooks.
