Via Tasting Table and GrubStreet we've learned of the new whereabouts of Vincent Schofield one time chef at the mysteriously on-vacay Ebb & Flow in the Mission. He's now slinging expertly sourced sandwiches and small plates served in cast iron skillets at Darwin Cafe, an unpretentious mini resto that sprung up next to Little Skillet about a month ago. Early Yelp reports would lead one to believe the food is decent; but we'd like to hear your thoughts. [Tasting Table, Grub Street SF]
