Today we learn of a new creation "from the mind of Chris Cosentino" and it doesn't involve slow-roasting rooster cockscomb or strange lamb parts for his Noe Valley restaurant Incanto. Gluttony Pants launched last night, offering a uniquely expandable waistband that adjusts to three sizes ("Piglet," "Sow," and "Boar") and even have a built-in napkin. Click through to Eater National for detail on Cosentino's involvement in the design and a vivid slide show depicting all the stylish bells, whistles and the Offal Good chef's first go at modeling too.
