A little bit ago, we passed on news about the changes at Cav Wine Bar & Kitchen on Market Street, notably a shortened menu and the expansion of retail operations. They've also been offering several deals and promotions on the Web site; so we weren't too surprised when a tipster recently passed on a rumor that the joint was closing. So we had a conversation with partner and wine director Pamela Busch yesterday; and she denied the rumor, but did say they've entertained the idea of relocating, yet "nothing definitive has been decided."
