From the people who brought you such ballpark mega-hits as Momo's and Pete's Tavern, comes a Mexican colossus of unparalleled proportions. Pedro's Cantina officially opens on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the 8,500-square-foot space adjacent to Pete's Tavern. So the whole Mexican bar attached to a huge sports bar and restaurant thing has officially been done. We gave you a preview of what to expect earlier; and now you can add the menu and the slide show above to your pre-opening knowledge. There's also a "signature" margarita recipe; and we'd like to pass on the secret ingredient, which was recently leaked to us by an insider.

Bar Managers Tony Hevia, who opened Pete’s years ago, and Rachel Bonfigli have decided upon a jalapeno-infused simple syrup as the signature flavor-maker in Pedro's margs. Now if you'd like more Cantina by-the-numbers, Signore Lucchesi has this rather comprehensive breakdown.
