From the people who brought you such ballpark mega-hits as Momo's and Pete's Tavern, comes a Mexican colossus of unparalleled proportions. Pedro's Cantina officially opens on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the 8,500-square-foot space adjacent to Pete's Tavern. So the whole Mexican bar attached to a huge sports bar and restaurant thing has officially been done. We gave you a preview of what to expect earlier; and now you can add the menu and the slide show above to your pre-opening knowledge. There's also a "signature" margarita recipe; and we'd like to pass on the secret ingredient, which was recently leaked to us by an insider.
