CHEF SHUFFLES - Another big story today comes from Signore Lucchesi over at Inside Scoop. Spruce executive chef Mark Sullivan is handing over the reins to existing chef de cuisine Ben Cohn. He's not entirely washing his hands of the operation, however, as he remains a partner. [ISSF]
