Behold the spaghetti bun from San Jose's Clover Bakery in the Mitsuwa market plaza. Chunks of hot dog are pressed into this carb-on-carb food coma waiting to happen, along with a dusting of Parmesan for good measure. Food Gal reports, "There’s quite a lot of spaghetti stuffed into it, too, with a sweet, almost catsup-like sauce."
