7x7's 2010 Hot 20 Under 40 list has just hit the interweb and there are some food- and bev-related folks on there you should probably read about: Cooking Channel and Food Network host, Aida Mollenkamp; Osha Thai owners Wassana Korkhieola and Lalita Souksamlane; and -- in the chef department -- Bar Tartine's Chris Kronner and Anthony Strong of the Mission's forthcoming Locanda. Remember "hot" here doesn't connote "sexy," although being "hot" in the "sexy" sense certainly doesn't hurt. [7x7]
