Grub Menu, Ebisu Mochi and Benu Toilet Paper, Revealed!

PLYWOOD - Grub on Valencia is way later than expected, but its menu's Surf, Turf, Earth, Burger Bar and Mac n' Cheese Bar sections were caught on camera today by an Eater tipster, bless her heart. As you see on the sign here, dinner will be served nightly from 6 to 1 a.m. and there are plans for a weekend brunch with mimosas offered from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Take these pics as an indicator that Grub is getting closer. The further intelligent are encouraged to send things this way.

FIDI - Ebisu's new takeout window in the FiDi is serving some inventive-sounding mochi in flavors like lavender with fig, raspberry-honey-black pepper, carrot-kiwi-cream cheese and mint chocolate-banana. [EaterWire]
