Chowhound tipped us off to this youthful thing called The Ice Cream Bar coming to the empty Cole Foods space that's been shuttered in Cole Valley for almost two years. The only other clue we get is the qualifier: "Soda Fountain and Creamery," indicating loose use of the term "bar" and no liquor will be served.
