Comstock.jpgAlthough "bartenders have taken on the role of chefs" at Comstock Saloon in North Beach, The Untermagnificent likes chef Carlos Espinas' bill of fare just as much as the cocktails. In fact, there's not much she doesn't like: the bar and dining area "looks like a setting for a Gold Rush saga," "the all-day menu performs," "dinner is a pleasure," and she even lets on to getting tipsy: "Call them girls’ drinks, but I enjoy being a girl at Comstock."
