Monks.jpgMonk's Kettle just turned three and got a new chef. Now said new chef and former Coloradoan Adam Dulye is ready to release his new menu today. The press release says it's "more delicate and elegant" -- buttermilk-fried rabbit! Dungeness grapefruit risotto! -- than the prior bill of fare. Do take a look at it and judge for yourself.
