Although it's now supposed to be easier to operate a food truck in San Francisco, a recent "bureaucratic screw-up" wherein new ice cream truck Twirl and Dip was kicked off Marina green even though they leased a space, reveals there are still hefty hiccups in the system. According to the truck owners: "We paid a hefty deposit, and rent from the 15th through the end of this month. So for us to fall through the cracks is very upsetting." SFoodie has the full story.
