graffEats Does "Covers," Whole Beast Goat Supper, More!

THE UNDERGROUND - Following in the footsteps of musicians who cover songs they admire, Blair Warsham of graffEats is creating a five-course tasting dinner of takes on the notable dishes of renowned chefs like Michael Tusk of Quince, Grant Achatz of Alinea, the Nobu and others. Each course will be paired with music curated by Turntable Kitchen and the event is being thrown in conjunction with NoisePop music festival. LAUNCHES & RELEASES - Liberty Café Wine Bar used to operate only Thurs. through Sat., but will open up from Tues. through Sun. starting on February 1. Joining these extended hours of operation will be this new wine bar specific menu offered in addition to the regular menu. [EaterWire]

TENDERNOB - The Burritt Room now has an entertainment license and the live music starts this Saturday night with Nick Waterhouse and the Tarots starting at 9 p.m., followed by The Allah Las and DJ Primo.
