GG PARK - Yesterday the Board of Supervisors Budget & Finance Committee approved the elaborate Stow Lake Boathouse revamp project we debriefed you on in back in July. Remember, if all goes to plan, Frank Klein and Chad Newton will be taking the reins over there. Signore Lucchesi has menu details for what they're calling "a Coney Island-Shake Shack kind of venture, but using local vendors.” [City Insider, ISSF]

KELLERVERSE - After a lot of back and forth, Thomas Keller has decided where he'll open the Bouchon Bakery in LA: on the ground floor of the existing Bouchon in Beverly Hills. The debut may come as soon as this spring. [ELA]

SOUTH BEACH - MoMo's has a new $4 martini and bar bite happy hour on weekdays between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. They also just added a $29 three-course Prime New York steak dinner to the menu. [EaterWire]

MUNI - Did you know you can get charged up to $250 and 48 hours of community service for eating on BART? Apparently, in an effort to stimulate retail food vendors coming to the "free" areas of BART stations, the BART board of directors is mostly in favor of axing the law and allowing the public to chow down whilst in transit. No one's reporting a potential time line on this. [SF Appeal via SFist]
