THE MISSION - Josh Harris of The Bon Vivants has passed on word of a private 10-person dinner he, Scott Baird and Flour + Water chef Tom McNaughton are planning to throw in the restaurant's private Dough Room. The five course dinner will include an amuse, six different beer and wine cocktail pairings and the rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the barmen and chefs as they craft the meal. All cocktails will be made with beers, wines, bubbles and other non-spirits, then served in the vintage glassware that will be used at Trick Dog. More here on Facebook. [EaterWire]
