Zagat has gathered some more clues from Craig Stoll regarding Locanda, coming in March to Valencia Street. He'll be serving the "Southern Italian delicacy known as pizza bianca," which he explains isn't pizza so much as "a cross between a flatbread and foccacia, topped with salt, olive oil and occasionally herbs" and "no one in the city is doing it." Also, in place of brunch will be pranzo: “family-style, fantasy Italian savory breakfast-lunch dishes.” [Zagat]
