The latest thing over the food truck wires is Phat Thai, run by Thai private chef Wannee Hossain and her two sons, Bobby and Alom. Back in the day, the family owned Rama Thai in the Inner Richmond, and their new truck will feature some old favorites: pad Thai, papaya salad, crispy deep-fried Thai chicken wings, coconut soup and chicken or beef satay skewers. Look for Phat Thai to make its first appearance this week at Off the Grid locations in San Francisco. They're not sure exactly where and when yet, so check Twitter for updates. [EaterWire]
