Rather cool development here in Magnolia Brewery land: Namu chef Dennis Lee is going to be the chef at Dave McLean's forthcoming brewery and restaurant in the Dogpatch. They'll work together on an American bbq menu with some Asian twists, and The Alembic's Daniel Hyatt will create a whisky-centric bar program. The hopeful opening on this one is spring of next year.
