Well look at that, Mission Chinese Food's Danny Bowien had his first big-time TV appearance on The Martha Stewart Show this morning in New York. Martha starts it all off by noting "the rather ordinary looking" Mission Chinese restaurant, then mentions how "wildly popular it is," all the national acclaim they've gotten and the fact that "the young talented chef" Danny never cooked Chinese food before opening. See the video after the hop, showing Danny as he dives right into schooling Martha on his hand-pulled biang biang noodle technique. He's pretty good on camera, and you can see him and Marth have some good old-fashioned fun with dough. The show re-airs tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. PST if you want to tune in or tape it.
