Yountville's Bardessono eco hotel will by shuttering its Bardessono restaurant in November for a complete overhaul. They're keeping new chef Victor Scargle, but the whole place will resurface in early 2012 with a new, name, concept, and a separate entrance from the street—not unlike what Redd Wood is doing with a design that more sharply differentiates the hotel from the restaurant.
