Food & Wine Continues Benu Love Fest 2011

Beef%20with%20Winter%20Treasures.jpgFood & Wine has released what it believes to be the top 10 restaurant dishes of 2011, and our very own Benu made the cut. The winner here was chef Corey Lee's beef with winter treasures, part of the restaurant's tasting menu: "Lee serves it with the silky braising liquid and a ginkgo nut, a truffle cube, balls of Asian pear and a flicker of gold leaf—no ordinary stew."
