It's looking 99% certain that the Marina's newest all-day cafe Castagna (2015 Chestnut St.) will open for breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and they're ready to offer brunch this weekend. The restaurant includes 26 seats (18 regular, 8 at a kitchen counter) for enjoying a menu that mixes "home-style" Italian and French influences. UrbanDaddy has procured the menu, which has things like Nutella-ed Belgian waffles and Dr. Pepper pulled pork on it. Dinner service should roll out next month. [EaterWire, UrbanDaddy]
