Tyler%20Florence%20Hawk%27s.jpgDish Mill Valley shuttered in August, and now co-owner Peter Schumacher (Bungalow 44, Buckeye Roadhouse) is working on a new concept for the space, called Hawk's Tavern. Following Marin IJ's news that the idea will be American and "welcoming" in nature, Inside Scoop breaks word that Tyler Florence is consulting on the menu along with his chef at Wayfare Tavern Mike Thiemann. There will be affordable pub fare, good beer, and the decor will be redesigned by Lori Yeomans, who did Ty-Flo's other spots. This means yes to repurposed barn wood.
