For ten years, chef Gordon Drysdale has overseen Bacchus Management Group's Pizza Antica locations in Mill Valley, Lafayette, Santa Monica, and Santana Row. He also helped get the Group's Cow Hollow spot Cafe Des Amis off the ground. Now Drysdale is moving on, and Bacchus chef-partner Mark Sullivan will add take on his role. The press release says Drysdale is leaving "to pursue new opportunities outside of Bacchus, and to spend time with his wife and young children." According to Inside Scoop, he's got more than one future plan in the works, and there's a bit of "restructuring" expected at Antica too.
