HOT TICKETS - Daniel Humm the former Campton Place executive chef who Bauer called "a miracle worker" in 2003, will be returning to San Francisco, hot off earning his third Michelin star this year at New York's Eleven Madison Park. The reason for his return is a new cookbook tour, and he'll be back behind his old burners on Saturday November 19th.
