Charlie Palmer Takes The Crescent Hotel

After Charlie Palmer and his people straight denied any future involvement with the Crescent Hotel on Friday, a press release comes out today announcing that Palmer's development company Palmer-City Core has purchased the property with a plan to turn it into a "chef-driven boutique hotel." Palmer has already come out saying the restaurant part of the deal will be "different from any other Palmer concepts," and involved parties insist they don't know what's going to happen to the Burritt Room. Or maybe they do and they're just not telling yet? Look out for more on this in the coming weeks.
