When a food truck finally lands a brick-and-mortar space, it's sort of like an actor's big break, or dying and going to heaven. Today is that glorious day for the Bacon Bacon truck. Inside Scoop reports that proprietor Jim Angelus will run a breakfast and lunch to-go operation out of part of the old Ashbury Market in Cole Valley, and it might even start rolling before the end of the month! Also on board is sweet and savory pie baker, Three Babes Bakeshop, which would go quite well with Thanksgiving. [ISSF]
