Among the illustrious prizes to be handed out at Monday's Eater Awards 2011 is an award for the city's Best Restaurant Bathroom. To help guide your votes, Eater will highlight one of the five nominees every day until polls open on Friday. Today's spotlight: Bushi-tei.

What it looks like: The Japanese high tech Toto Neorest toilets here run around $5K a pop—complete with oscillating water jet, dryer, and wireless remote temperature controller. Jennifer Lopez has one. Besides that, the bathroom is very clean and Zen, with its original Nagano prefecture wood bench, and rocks placed majestically in the sink, so the water trickles just so. But back to that toilet...
