Brand new AQ Restaurant & Bar has just nabbed a liquor license, and bar manager Tim Zohn (who's also a Bourbon & Branch vet) has gotten going on the cocktail list. As of last night, the bar can make you something boozy with fresh-squeezed juice, based on the spirit of your choice. Expect a formal cocktail list to roll out by next week. AND hot tip: chef-owner Mark Liberman has noticed the bar business pick up of late, so he's working on some bar bites for happy hour, and to go with the new drinks, etc. Check back in soon for menu releases once they're ready.
