The annual Fancy Food Show is coming up on Jan. 15-17 at the Moscone Center, so the time for all your food geeks and industry peops to register is now. Although there always seems to be way too much cheese and chocolate for anyone's good, the event does predict some things for the year to come— as in last year's abundance of Greek yogurt, high-end waters, vegan seafood and tofu novelty items.
