FILLMORE -- Hoppin' Marcia discovers that the eatery that was thought to be coming together as The Library from the team behind farmerbrown is now called The Social Study and is the project of former farmerbrown manager Harmony Braga. She'll have items such as Four Barrel coffee, sandwiches, and snacks like chocolate-covered bacon, and is calling the opening date at January 3. SOMA -- MizHop also has the skinny on Sofa, an "underground bar with a speakeasy style," Stephen King video visuals, and a small plates menu in the basement of Bossa Nova, and The Grand, a new nightclub rising next to Orson with a blinding disco ball made of 30,000 LED lights. [Tablehopper]

YOUNTVILLE -- Inside Scoop catches wind of the next restaurant incarnation at the hotel Bardessono. It will be called Lucy, and is due in late January. Spruce-ups include a wall painted to mimic flowing water. Mmm, Napalicious. [ISSF]

Also, Yountville itself will host its third annual Moveable Feast at the top of 2012, showcasing multi-course meals and deals at area restaurants and wineries from January 1-February 29.
