Infamous street food salesman Brian Kimball of Magic Curry Kart is teaming up with SOMA's Mercury Lounge to offer a series of four Magic Cooking Klasses. Kimball will have a special guest chef joining him to lead four separate hands-on sessions in January and February on breakfast, lunch/snacks, dinner, and desserts/drinks. Menus are under wraps, but Kimball claims he'll help impress your friends with unusual dishes, and it probably wouldn't be wrong to surmise that there'll be a decent amount of Thai-inspired heat and spice happening. There will also be a discussion on small food business sustainability and a healthy competition amongst participants broken down into teams.
