After reporting on the January remodeling plans for Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, Inside Scoop SF learns that his Ad Hoc restaurant will also close for a facelift for approximately two months beginning in January. It's going to be a sad time for lovers of expensive French macarons and fried chicken, but there will be improvements to both the dining room and kitchen come spring, as well as the return of the Addendum backyard lunch shack.
