Ex-Manresa pastry chef Belinda Leong has been greeted by lines around the corner at her recent pop-ups at Flour + Water. Now comes word that she'll be throwing her hat into the ring on the regular at the Ferry Building starting in January. Look for Leong's b.patisserie booth outside Village Market every Saturday, selling her cult-followed kouign amann, macarons and such.
