Over the weekend Occupy protestors showed up outside the new Tacolicious on Valencia St. chanting "The owners of Tacolicious want to evict us!"—even though Tacolicious owner Joe Hargrave doesn't own the building that houses his restaurant, and couldn't evict anyone if he tried. Hargrave, who lives in the Mission and sends his kids to public school adds, "Aren’t I the person that Occupy is supposed to be fighting for? I am the independent business putting money and jobs back in the community." Oh and about those evictions, Hargrave tells Grubstreet, "he's not aware of any eviction papers having been filed."
