V-DAY - Bouchon's conversation heart cookies are back in the bakery this year by popular demand. They've also added some new red velvet cupcakes and other V-day sweets. All will be available through February 14, so get 'em while they're hot, as they say. [EaterWire]

THE BRUNCH BUNCH - Silks at the Mandarin Oriental has added an a la carte Sunday brunch. The menu includes small plates, Asian-inspired things and classic American items.
