MARINA - As Pizza Orgasmica deals with some hooligans in Marin, they look to expand in the Marina into the neighboring nail shop. This would double their seating and allow them to become a full-service restaurant, which could then get even rowdier for late night. This goes before the Planning Department on Thursday.
