Yield Owner Unveils Pause Wine Bar Today

New, 2 comments

Pause, the new wine bar moving into the former CAV space in the flavorful mid-market area some prefer to call the "Deco Ghetto," opens today at 5 p.m. Owner Chris Tavelli -- who also has Dogpatch gem Yield Wine Bar and directs the wine program at Millennium -- has curated a list of eco-friendly, globally sourced wines to hold center stage with a vegetable- and seafood-centric menu to round things out.

Fun fact alert: according to the press release, Tavelli is so committed to veg, he's tattooed Brussels sprouts and an avocado on his arms. Yes, we did ask for a picture of that. Hours, etc. are here on the website. Early reports and comparisons to the wine bar that was, are most welcome.
