Saison's Dcantr Pop-Up To Become a "Raw Bar"

We liked the idea of Dcantr, the casual Saison offshoot that popped up for the first time in November at Stable Cafe, but the original a la carte format is no longer available as of tonight. Sommelier and partner Mark Bright relays they've been closed for the past few days to develop some new items and reformat the menu into a raw bar. According to an industry tipster "the wine program will remain the same under Bright's watch." More on the new developments at Dcantr as Bright and co. fill us in on the latest. Such is life, we presume, in the un-chartered terrain of the pop-up. [UPDATE: Following up on a rumor that the wine bar did not, in fact, reopen this week, we learn today that it's closed at least through Tuesday as Skenes and Bright reconcept.
