Craw Station Will Likely Release The Crawfish Next Week

New, 9 comments

The forthcoming Cajun food and crawfish serving Craw Station is taunting us on its website and its Facebook page with talk of an early February opening. According to co-owner Jacqueline Chow the ETA in real life is next week, after Valentine's Day. Once open, the aim here is to be your casual, every-day kind of place with domestic and imported beer, sangria and house wine. There's an outdoor back patio for those random days when the Sunset is actually sunny. They'll provide gloves for the messy crawfish meat-plucking process and will offer daily specials like lobster, mussels or a fish of the day along with dessert specials like red velvet cake and beignets. Hours are tentatively 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. as the idea of lunch is being tossed around. We'll have more on all this when they open. For a menu tease, hop to the dry run we've got over here.
