Ragazza Sees About Opening Its Lovely Patio

New, 2 comments

Remember when we mentioned that gem of a back patio Ragazza is hiding over in the NoPa? Back in September, when Sharon Ardiana opened her pizza restaurant, she wasn't authorized by the city to serve out there and didn't want to push it before making nice with the neighbors and establishing herself on the block first. The previous tenants, Metro Kathmandu and (briefly) Metro Cafe and District 5 also kept the patio under wraps -- quite surprising since it's arguably the space's best asset. Now according to the pictured sign on the window, Ardiana goes before the planning commission on March 17th to see about opening up the 20-seat, 240-square foot area. If she does nab a permit in two weeks, the sunny space has Saturday and Sunday brunch written all over it.
