Now (Soft) Open

New, 4 comments

CrawStationUD.jpgCraw Station (1336 9th Ave.) has been dangling the promise of crawfish for quite some time in the Inner Sunset and now UrbanDaddy passes on news that they're open for business. We caught up with one of the owners this morning who would prefer to call it a soft-launch as they iron out a few things, like the chef. Despite the slow start, the manager on duty says they've been very well received. One customer said the gumbo is the most authentic she's had in San Francisco and they sold out of crawfish "very early on" yesterday after hosting a big party on Sunday. Further early reports in the comments, please. [UrbandDaddy, EaterWire]
