Since opening her own restaurant Atelier Crenn in January, chef Dominique Crenn has thoughtfully stayed on in a consulting chef role at Luce at the InterContinental, where she's been running the show for over two years. Crenn earned a Michelin star for her menu at Luce twice in a row as she garnered national attention for herself on Iron Chef America and when Esquire magazine dubbed her chef of the year; so there's no denying the restaurant and the hotel hold a special place in her heart. Today via press release, we learn she'll be moving on completely from Luce on March 31st. Unemployed industry types should take note the search for a new chef de cuisine is still on.
